I've had many Tignanello handbags and I've loved them all except for this one. It is very stiff, not a soft leather at all. The shoulder strap is permanently attached and that too is stiff so it doesn't hang well when it's not on your shoulder. The size is okay and holds all my stuff. The 2 outside side pockets are stiff and small so you can't fit much in them.
