I have two of these shirts. I got the first one a year ago and have worn it on cold days and found it terrific. It is my indoor shirt.
I keep the house at about 65 degrees in the winter and do get chilly at times. I put this shirt on and find it comfortable, warm, and actually fun to wear. I do not use it as an overshirt, but wear it as the shirt to put on after work and the weekend.

It is warm, comfortable, and looks great.

The medium fits great at 5'11 and 175 lbs.

The black is a great daily wear color. Doesn't show dirt and washes fine.

I have finally found them. For a reasonable price, these are without a doubt the most perfect pair of pants for all-around use I've ever bought. Period.

-W/ a pair of dress shoes & a blazer to the office. Look slick.

-Comfortable sitting at desk. Perfect conform, perfect stretch.

-Ideal when you get up to do stretching & calisthenic breaks.

-Good to the gym if you forgot your gym clothes.

-Great in bad weather. Just out in the snowstorm. Shed water like a duck, windbreak well.

-Warm enough for hard snow; W/ a baselayer, no problem.

-Light enough for hot sun? Def... I can tell b/c they breathe like a dream. Will update after Florida.

-Tough enough for the trail? They claim to be, sure feels like it. Like a thin version of Rhinohide or Moleskin, but stretchy & hydrophobic.

I've seen a couple other pants that could make the same claim, but they are so high-priced it's offensive. These are a great deal.

I've been riding for more than a few years, and wanted a "beater" vest that wouldn't break my heart if it got ruined. I picked this one up at a local store, and based off its light weight and low cost, figured I'd found what I wanted. I was only partially right. Yes, it's light weight, but it's tough as nails. I hang it in my booth at my welding job, and the sparks don't hurt it. I've put in a few thousand miles on the bike wearing it, and it's everything I could want in a riding vest. More than enough pocket space to carry everything I want, it looks good, and I reach for it every time I'm heading out. Wish I'd stumbled across this before I'd forked over much more cash in the past for far less quality!
Bottom line, this is a great quality vest at a very reasonable price.
