I bought this to use for a formal occasion which required sparkles. This bag is lovely, I'm sure I'll choose to carry it often when I get dressed up. My iphone4 fits in without a problem, and there is room for lipstick and a mirror, plus money and credit card. Glad I bought it.

I have had my eye on this item for ages before deciding to take the plunge. Most wristlets aren't big enough to carry what I most want in there - a slender checkbook, keys, a phone, and a couple of small odds and ends. The size is perfect - not to big and not too small. The quality is exceptional and the price is amazing, considering that the high end department stores are selling the exact item for almost double! It is the most stunning black leather wristlet I have seen, and I've looked at lots, including Coach and other high end items. The department store versions all seem to have the blue fabric with polka dots on the interior which I do not like at all, and this one has a more sophisticated black and white interior, as shown in the photo.

It will work just as well for errands as it will for work and evenings in the black. I highly recommend this item, especially from Amazon considering the price, and if you do get it and decide it isn't for you, it's one of those items with free shipping and returns. The color selection is also far greater than I have seen anywhere else, and I looked around a lot! How can you go wrong? Of all the good deals I've gotten online, this is one of the very best.

I have 3 tignanello purses. The first one I bought because I needed a bigger 'mom' purse. My old purse was basically a wallet with a strap that I used when I went out somewhere and needed to carry makeup. When my daughter got old enough that I was no longer carrying binkies, wipes, and the whole assortment of things you carry around when you have a baby, I decided to downgrade to a smaller purse. It's bigger than my old purse, hold my checkbook in the side pocket, the other pocket has places for lots of credit cards, gift cards, etc. the inside holdall the make-up I would need to carry places I go out and still have room for that occasional baby item that I find in my purse (thinks of Boots the Monkey).

One word of advice is to check your local JCPenny or Macy's. I bought this purse for $70ish. Could be the price has gone up, but shop around.

Each time my bag wears out I look around for a LIGHTWEIGHT bag that will serve my needs. It always comes back to this bag. I use it everyday and for traveling. It's big enough that you can stuff a hat, spare socks, even light shoes if you need to. And it can be zipped smaller when you don't need it. And all of the pockets (except one) zip completely closed which is very important to me. I noticed that there are now metal connections on the straps - I know another reviewer had requested these. I'm not sure they are better, I think they are heavier, but it's not a big difference. This new zinc color that I bought turns out to be a very nice change from my basic black. They last about 5 years. Best not to wash them though, since some of the fabric will get pilly if you do.
