The two handles are too short to go over the shoulder, and get in the way like crazy when you're using the shoulder strap. The inside pocket (there is only one) is too small for a wallet or a passport, only good for makeup. And when you use the outside pockets for anything thicker than a cell phone, they puff out and offer zero security. Also the zipper closure needs two hands to operate.It's too bad... the pattern and the colors are just perfect, but it is a poorly designed bag. Although I am a huge fan of Orla Kiely, I regret spending so much money on this particular bag.
