This is a nice-looking bag -- I'm just not crazy about the design of it. If this bag was stuffed full, to the brim, it would look very much like the photos here. However, please take a look at the photo I added as well (http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-media/customer-gallery/A2TWU59MQ4LPCY/). In reality, the top third of the bag would never actually hold anything due to the design of the bag, and it just tends to flop to one side rather than stand upright as shown in the photos. I wanted to have the option to wear this as a cross-body bag, but unfortunately it would just look stupid worn that way. It looks fine when you use the shorter straps, but the drop length of those is just about an inch too short for my liking, as the bag is right up under my arm that way.

Another thing that you can't tell from the product photos is that the main compartment of this bag is divided into three separate sections. The top of the bag snaps closed. When opened, you get access to the middle section, and then it divides into two other zippered sections on each side. This may be a plus for some people, but it's a minus for me because I can never remember in which section I put something.

I'm still deciding whether or not to keep it, but I'm leaning toward a return. That said, I love the mustard color and the visual design of this bag is very unique. I just don't think it's practical enough for me.
