I bought this bag, to begin with they shipped the wrong item. I bought the golden hardware and they shipped the silver one. When I returned so they could ship me back the golden one they claimed they couldn't because the bag did not have the plastic on. Of course I had to remove it to see the item.

Anyway, I don't recomend ANYONE to buy from them.
Try to get it from the Michael Kors website, Nordstrom, Macy's or another store.
