This is a great everyday handbag. The front of the bag is dressed with a snap-close, silver-tone buckle with 8 slots for credit cards and ID. It also has separate zippered pocket directly above it for keys or small personal items. Your cell phone has its own compartment located on the side with elastic sides for and top Velcro flap closure for the perfect fit.The back of the bag conceales your weapon and features LEFT AND RIGHT HAND padded, CCW compartment. Gun compartment is 9" x 7" and should easily conceal a medium size auto .380, .38 or subcompact 9mm in the horizontal position and is held securely in placewith a nylon adjustable fit-all holster. The back side of the bag also has a small zippered pocket for misc small items. The interior compartment has two main compartments that is divided by a large zippered compartment. One of the main pockets has small zipperedcompartment for lipsticks, etc. The comfortable shoulder strap adjusts from a secure, under-arm carry of 14 inches to a full cross-body carry of approximately 26 inches. This purse/bag is approx. 11"long x 9"tall x 6"wide, not really that big in my estimation. Bought it for my wife last September along with a different, more expensive purse. Though she preferred the brown color of the more expensive purse, she chose to use this one because she liked the way it organized her stuff better, especially the external cell phone pocket.

There is a dedicated gun compartment on the backside of the purse that rests against your body, with lockable zippered openings at both ends so you can draw your firearm either left or right handed depending on which side of your body you wear the purse. It comes with an internal holster that is held in place in the gun compartment with velcro, but we found it works just fine carrying the gun draw-ready without using the holster. The dedicated gun compartment is quite generous, and while it is limited to holding one gun at a time it can handily accommodate larger size guns. My wife uses a .38 special Ruger LCR revolver, but my Ruger SP-101 .357mag revolver 3" barrel or my full size Colt 1911 semi-automatic pistol both fit inside with ease.

Another great feature is a wire-reinforced slash resistant strap that can be made long enough to be worn over the head/across the body, or shortened to just hang the bag on one shoulder. Bag is made of black leather and has held up well so far, seems to be quite durable as it gets used every day. Great, not overly large bag at a great price!
