This bag is a very good looking bag, with nice leather details. However, some of those pretty details get in the way of the function of the bag. The two leather straps on either side of the opening look so nice when they are in place, but they have to be "opened" when you're getting in and out of your bag. I'm constantly reaching inside for something, so they have to remain open, and just kind of flop around, and look kind of weird, changing the cool look of the bag itself. The inside is nice, with good pocket space, and over all the leather is gorgeous. I have the taupe one, and love the look of it.
