Great pants. I went to a 3 day travis haley class, 2 of which rained on us most of the day and these pants kept me nice and dry, shed water beautifully. They did get wet taking a knee or laying prone on the wet grass, but these aren't supposed to be 100% water proof. The material is tough, yet light and can be worn in winter or summer. Pocket design and elastic in the waiste band is great and I love everything about the pants. The only minor issue I have with them is that bc of the thick belt loops, my holster is not able to be placed where I want it (gcode belt slide). This wont be an issue for most holsters, but in this case it is for me, be it only a minor minor one.
