i have been looking for the PERFECT bag for my mother this christmas... she is 55 years old and needs something more functional, while still remaining stylish. this purse is the best of both worlds. this bag is a great size: not too giant, like many hobos- and not too small! it is practical and still has a great, slightly slouchy hobo-esque shape. the bag has a zip top (instead of flaps or magnets) which keeps items tucked away safely. there are also outside pockets to store items like keys and cell phones. the condition of the leather is gorgeous- very soft and buttery. the strap is is a great length- this bag will rest around your ribs. also, the strap is thin, softy and WIDE, which helps keep it comfortably on your shoulder. i looked everywhere for a great bag (zappos, overstock, macys, marshalls, etc) and nothing came close to this. most of the black bags i saw were too blah, flashy, trendy, or blinged out. my mom cant get away with all that flair- nor should se because it is ridiculous!!! i am 27 years old and want to buy one of these for myself. it is a great "practical, everyday" bag. great price too- i usually pay around 200 dollars for lucky brand bags, but this bag is much more functional and just as pretty. i hope this helps! :)
