I LOVE my Tignanello Fab Function Shoulder Bag (in black)!!! This is the nicest handbag I've ever owned. This bag is five times the price of any purse that I've ever owned, and I can see that one does pay a little more for quality. My beloved husband bought this for me for my birthday this year (8/2012) - note that I did pick out this specific purse for myself because if my husband was actually willing to spend this much on a purse (I got one big item this year), gosh darn it I was picking out the perfect purse for me! =) And I'm very, very picky about my purses.

QUALITY - Fantastic! I spent the first evening after it arrived in the mail admiring the quality of my purse. I stuck my face inside and inhaled that rich scent of leather. YUMMY! Pebbled leather for a purse is my fave; it's gooorrrguuusssss!!!!! (That's supposed to be a sing-song voice. LOL!) I was also very impressed with the lining. The print is a bit "louder" than I would prefer, but it has the company's name (I don't mind advertising on the inside of my purse, not the outside) and the bright, shiny fabric helps to reflect light so that I can more easily find items in the purse. The stiching on the outside is heavy duty. I'm very hard on my purses; I don't change purses unless I'm riding on the back of the hubby's bike (hip purse) or I'm going out to an evening function (dress purse). This bag will be used every day for several years. I appreciate the fact that the stiching is heavier than normal, but it does not make this elegant purse look chunky.

EDIT - The straps are both durable and comfortable. They are rounded and thickly padded for comfort. I can easily slip my purse on or off either shoulder without having to deal with tangled straps. The Tignanello's straps are made for the trials of every-use yet are still stylish and add to rather than subtract from the overall elegance of the purse.

SIZE / POCKETS - This is not a purse for a small woman. This bag is quite large, and I like it that way. I'm 5'8" and a larger frame; I also have all men in my house. So I have to carry everyone's stuff at various events. This purse is much larger than I initially thought it would be, and has more pockets than I initially thought as well. YAY for both! This purse is the size of a small briefcase and hangs nicely tucked under my arm; I don't like a long strap. I like to be able to trap my purse with my elbow and keep a tight grip on it. The strap length allows me to do this and the bottom of the purse hits the top of my hip. In this large bag I can carry:

* individual pocket sewn to inside of purse wall - cell phone
* individual pocket sewn to inside of purse wall - iPod
* 1st open pocket (shares walls w/ the 2 pockets and the 1st zippered pocket) - my day planner and any other papers; this pocket is large enough to hold a composition notebook and then some. It really is quite large!
* 1st zippered pocket - my large, old fashioned pocket book (the long one that hold all of the cards, the checkbook, and the registry, plus your money). This pocket is also quite large. I can easily carry my husband's wallet in here as well, plus my keys. I can still easily zip it up.
* middle open pocket - all of my vanity items (pocket comb, lotion, sanitizer, etc.); plus I can easily throw in two bottles or cans of something. Yes, two. That's how big it is!
* 2nd zippered pocket - same size as the first one; the purse is just huge, I'm telling you!
* 2nd open pocket (shares walls w/ the back of the purse and the 2nd zippered pocket) - same size as the first pocket; I think by now I was just separating things to be separating them in the purse because there is just so much room!
* outside pockets - YES, by gosh it has outside pockets too! The hubster said one of the outside zippered pockets was large enough to carry a small handgun for those who live in states where you can carry concealed. I could put my whole hand inside one of the outside zippered pockets. So there are two outside zippered pockets on the front and a large open (flat) pocket on the back of the purse; I could get my whole hand in that too!

* EDIT - My gosh, I completely missed a pocket! There is a small zippered pocket sewn on the inside wall of the 2nd open pocket. This is almost large enough to fit my entire hand. I put several pens, hair ties, lighters, and other odds and ends that need to be very handy but zippered up tight so they don't flop around everywhere.

Overall, I couldn't be happier - if you couldn't tell by now. =) I feel quite elegant when I carry this purse. I feel that it really makes me look "put together". I FEEL more put together having such a beautiful and well made, functional (!!!) accessory.
