It flops when you put it down. it does not stand on its own as it appears to do in the picture. It is a "black hole". Everything disappears in it. If you enjoy very organized purses, this may not be the one for you. But if you do not mind searching for your wallet, and ink pen, or a tube of lotion, you will really enjoy this bag.
