I just received my purse a few days ago and I'm in love. I bought the Bone/Evergreen combo and it is stunning! The leather is so very supple, the hardware is dainty, the colors couldn't be more perfect, and the size is roomy. I was worried it was going to be too big, and while it is one of the largest purses I have, it doesn't look like a piece of luggage. Every time I look at it I smile. Of course, I did NOT pay $395 for it, but rather got an excellent deal on an Amazon sister site. The two pockets on the inside are rather small and I can't slide my phone into either one, which ever so slightly bugs me. Plus, what I do put in these two little pockets can be difficult to get out due to the fact that they're pretty deep. The zipper compartment on the outside is convenient though. I'm actually using it without the strap and just carrying it by the handles. The only thing that worries me is that the threads on the handle have frayed just a little. If it ever does come undone, though, I'll just take it to a shoe repair and have them resewn... but at $400 one would expect the thread to last years before showing any wear.

Update: I went to the Pour La Victoire website and sent an email in regards to the stitching on this purse and a pair of sandals ($230) that had the bonding peeling off on areas of the outside edges of the straps. It's been over a week, and I'm disappointed that I've never received a response. I wasn't expecting them to do anything about my items, but acknowledgement that they received my email and maybe an effort of looking into their quality control would have been professional. Due to these two items having issues, and the prices of what they sell, I will be more hesitant in purchasing this brand in the future. It seems their customer service and their quality control is lacking. I don't mind paying for quality items... quality being the key word.
