So I've had this shirt for several months now and wanted to get a lot of time in it before posting a review. I'm a firm believer that you can't effectively rate any gear or apparel right out of the box or with only limited use. So here goes my review:

Size & Comfort: I wear a medium undershirt so I went with a medium for this shirt. It is definitely snug but not too uncomfortable. The design is such that for it to be effective it must be a compression fitting shirt in order to provide the support for your gun. In the summer months I found wearing it on hot days does become uncomfortable after a couple of hours. On cooler days or wearing mostly indoors I don't tend to have much discomfort-you're body tends to adjust to the "compression" feeling after a few minutes...it's most notable when you first put it on. I haven't personally tried a size bigger to see if it is more comfortable, I'm afraid I'd lose some of the support.

Durability: I've got lots of hours on the one shirt as well as multiple washings and haven't had any issues with seams coming loose, or any noticeable wear of the material. It appears to hold up well.

Functionality: After reading some of the other posted reviews and from my own use, this shirt really isn't intended for a large handgun. Small or medium size handguns seem to work well within the pouch without the concern of "popping" out or weighting down the system. Large handguns are going to add too much weight for the compression and yoke system of the shirt design to function properly. The lighter and more compact the gun is tends to work better for this application. Some of the comments noted that smaller guns ride too far down the pouch making it more difficult to access. I do find this is the case but I personally prefer my gun to ride low in the pouch versus higher; it's more comfortable to me and gives me the perception that it's more secure the further down and away from the Velcro. Also as another poster added if you want the gun to ride higher you can easily add a sock or some other "stuffing" to make your gun ride higher. Either way accessing the handgun still requires getting your over-shirt out of the way (lifting up or unbuttoning) then breaking the Velcro apart. If quick access and speed is your primary goal then this may not be the system for you. I've practiced accessing and drawing from this shirt and for me have it down to a 2 or 3 seconds with the gun at its lowest point in the pouch.

Overall I'm very satisfied with this shirt and carry method. Although I prefer "inside the waistband" carry this isn't always an option depending on the environment I'm in so this shirt provides me the best alternate option.
