I recently purchased this item and the quality was great! Although the size I ordered was a little too big for me the customer service I received in processing a return was excellent.

For those interested in purchasing one of these great coats, get yourself measured and go by the chart and use the inches guide. I ordered a US Medium(by the chart) but that's far too large for me, even though US medium's fit me fine. I would choose the XS instead as I am a 37 chest size.
